I used to be so stressed out and so unhealthy. I ate unhealthily and lived unhealthily. I didn’t know it then but my posture suffered. I didn’t know how to stand properly, to sit properly and to walk properly. I thought I was doing ok until I started feeling some back pain. I went to a doctor about it, and she said that I needed to get some fitness back into my life. She recommended pilates, and I thought about it.
