1. Immediately have a shower once you arrive at your new destination.
2. Expose yourself to the sun in the new place to make your body aware that it is daytime.
3. Follow the airplane’s sleeping patterns. They are with your destination’s time.
4. If you can travel west instead of east, so you are traveling with time.
5. Invest in eye covers and ear plugs to fool your body into thinking it is night time.
