We sometimes spend months dieting and exercising to look good while on vacation, but this doesn’t mean that we should totally let go during our break and just binge on anything and everything!

Listen up on tips on keeping fit and healthy while on vacation!

1.    Continue to be aware of what you’re eating- While it’s ok to indulge, please do not do so t every meal. Make sure to still get some fresh fruit and vegetables into your system!
2.    Plan ahead- as soon as you get into your area, know where you will have your meals, and know what’s available. This way, you’ll be able to figure out what to order ahead of time!
3.    Try to find a form of exercise during your vacation- This doesn’t have to be your usual routine at home. For example, if you’re going to the beach, wouldn’t a morning run by the shore be nice?!
4.    Use the hotel amenities- Hotels may sometimes offer fitness or exercises classes. Call up information and inquire about any you would want to participate in!
5.    Explore- Exploring can be a sneaky form of exercise! When you walk around town, you’re actually burning calories! See what your vacation spot has to offer you!
